Transfer of an agent's call data to your partners or for use by your in-house systems can sometimes be complex. Each of your partners and systems may use a different API to consume data. Scriptagon provides a standardized web-based portal that simplyfies the distribution of all your call data.

Scriptagon is a web-based service that your call platform can integrate with by issuing simple HTTP requests to our API. Your custom scripts will pull unique lead and campaign attributes you have specified, and display for your agent a script tailored for each call. Scripts can include any HTML element, including form elements, images and javaScript.

Custom dispositions can be posted after the call, based on either the campaign or lead type, or any combination of attributes defined during the call. As an example: "You may choose to assign a specific disposition code for customers that live in Hawaii". Your custom disposition code could be used to determine how a call is routed, or how the call data is posted.

After all necessary information has been gathered on the call, the agent can then post this information, which will be dynamically routed directly to you or your partners API (or any combination thereof) using your pre-defined rules. The posted data can be sent as an HTTP request or saved to a database. Posted data can be sent in standard key value pairs, JSON or XML formats, or in a customized text format that you have defined.
